CHANGE: NEW Student EMAIL

Students,

Over the summer we made some important changes to the way you log into your Chromebooks and access your email.

Your email address has been changed from:

studentnumber@lincoln.k12.or.us to studentnumber@stu.lincoln.k12.or.us. 

This change is being made to improve security and streamline access to district resources.

  • To access your Chromebook and email after this change, you will need to use your new email address. Your password will remain the same.
  • Emails sent to your old address will go to your inbox like normal.
  • Current emails, docs, sheets, extensions, and all other Google account related information stays the same. Only the login process changes.

Instructions:

  1. On your Chromebook, click on the user icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on “Sign out.”
  3. Enter your new email address (studentnumber@stu.lincoln.k12.or.us) and password.
  4. Click on “Sign in.”

Once you have signed in with your new email address, you will be able to access your Chromebook and email as usual.
