Seniors and Senior Parents:

We are so close to the finish line!! Below are the dates and times of the events leading up to the Graduation Day!!

IMPORTANT SENIOR DATES:

• Tuesday, May 30th: SENIOR PICTURES for SLIDE SHOW – LAST DAY to submit.  Please email to 291971@lincoln.k12.or.us
• June 1st to June 5th: Senior Finals – Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments
• Thursday, June 1st: Senior Awards Night at Taft 7-12 at 6:00pm

• Monday, June 5th: 
  • • Moving Up Ceremony – AM Activity B Schedule: Student only event
    • Cap and Gown Parade permissions slips must be submitted to office by noon
• Tuesday, June 6th: Senior Finals & Senior Check-Out at Taft 7-12 – 9:00am to 3:00pm
  • • Check-out form must be completed and turned into the counseling center in order to walk at graduation, receive diploma, and attend the Senior Send-Off
      • Return all LCSD materials, chromebooks, calculators, and books
      • Pay all fees
      • Return any athletic equipment
      • Edgeinuty Students’ Last Day of work submission
      • Senior Send-Off permissions slips must be submitted to the office by noon
• Wednesday, June 7th: Cap & Gown Parade at Taft Elementary & Oceanlake Elementary
  • • TO ATTEND: Permission slips must have been received by June 6th at noon to attend
    • Seniors Last Day of School: Last Chance check-out at at Taft 7-12 – 9:00am to 3:00pm
    • Senior Tea at Faith Baptist Church at 1:30 – A parent/guardian is invited to join this event with their senior.  A Google form to RSVP will be sent out to students. 
• Thursday, June 8th: Senior Send-Off! Bus leaves Taft 7-12 at TBA
  • • TO ATTEND:
      • Senior check-out must be completed and submitted to the counseling center by June 7th
      • Permission slips must have been received by June 6th at noon
      • Seniors must have no outstanding suspensions, fines, and be ready to walk at graduation 
• Friday, June 9th: Graduation Practice
  • • 8:00 am – Senior Breakfast 
    • 9:00 am – Graduation Practice: All graduates must be present for practice if they want to walk in the ceremony
    • Senior Lunch

• Saturday, June 10th: GRADUATION (6 Tickets per Graduate handed out on May 15th, 2023)

• • Location: Taft High School, Seniors arrive at 9:30. 
  • Start time: 10:23am, Doors will open at 9:45.
