Taft 7-12 Student Athletes:

Fall Sports Registration is OPEN!!

STEP 1:

Registration – High School Sports Registration

• Click the High School Sports Registration
• Fill out form completely
• Submit Form

STEP 2: Sports Physical

• Sports Physical Form : English
• Sports Physical Form : Spanish
  • Medical Physician must complete the form
  • Bring completed form to Kori at Taft 7-12
• If your student has had a physical in the past two years, paperwork will be on file with Taft 7-12 Athletic Secretary

STEP 3: Athletic Fees

• FREE!!
• ALL FEES WAIVED FOR 1 SPORT PER SEASON , PER ATHLETE Through a generous grant provided to LCSD, all participation fees are waived for one sport per season! 
• If you play two sports in one season, you will pay $125 for the second sport. Example: Cross Country and Soccer

Final Step: Practice

• Practice starts on Monday, August 16th – Coaches will communicate with athletes about practice times
• Academic eligibility will be determined by the student incoming credits per OSAA.
