Parents, Families and Students:

Every month on the 3rd Tuesday at 7:00 pm Taft will be hosting a TIGER TOWN HALL meeting.  The informational meeting will be for Parents, Student, Community members or Families to learn more about what is happening at Taft.  The meeting will be virtual until further notice and Taft will pubish the virtual meeting link each month.  The monthly meeting is also a great place to ask questions and get the latest updates.  Please, come and attend each month.  Last night, November 17th, we held our meeting and this is the recap from the meeting.

HIGHLIGHTS:

1. All students will be continuing Comprehension Distance Learning until January 28th
2. End of the Term is Nov. 20th
   1. All students will be mailed a progress report on December 3rd
3. Wednesday Attendance – Students must make two way contact with teachers to be counted as present for Wednesdays
4. Edmentum Attendance Hours – Full Attedance for the week is based on the number of hours students are on Task
   1. High School – 14.5 Hours a week or about 3 a day
   2. Middle School – 12.5 Hours a week or about 2 a day
5. Pictures – We will have another opportunity for pictures in December
