END OF TERM – NOV. 20th

Student, Parents and Families:

END OF FIRST TERM is NOV. 20th!!

The week of November 16th to November 20th is the last week of the term for our students.  Students will be finalizing their assignments, projects, test, and assessments for their enrolled classes.  This week all teachers will have normal class times and office hours for any student on Wednesday from 8:30 to 10:00.  Students, please communicate with your teachers about the meeting links for office hours.

What does that mean for our students:

HIGH SCHOOL – Comprehensive Distance Learning

  • Students will earn 0.5 credits for each course they completed
  • Students who do not complete the course should work with their classroom teacher on an incomplete plan
  • Students who fail the course will receive an “F” on their transcript
  • Term Grades finalized on December 2nd and put onto transcripts
  • Term Grades will be mailed home on December 3rd

HIGH SCHOOL – Edementum (Online)

  • Students will earn 0.5 credits for each course they completed
  • Students who do not complete the course will receive an incomplete
  • Students will little to no progress and have a failing grade will receive an “F” on their transcript
  • Term Grades will be mailed home on December 3rd
  • New courses will replace completed courses on Nov. 23rd

MIDDLE SCHOOL- Comprehensive Distance Learning

  • All courses are year long except for the elective courses
  • On Nov. 23rd students will continue in the same courses they are currently enrolled.
  • Term Grades will be mailed home on December 3rd
  • Students do not earn credit towards graduation their progress in their courses are documented on the students report card

MIDDLE SCHOOL – Edmentum (Online)

  • All courses are year long except for the elective courses
  • On Nov. 23rd students will continue in the same courses they are currently enrolled.
  • Progress Reports will be mailed home on December 3rd
  • Students do not earn credit towards graduation their progress in their courses are documented on the students report card
