DID YOU HEAR….

…culinary did an amazing job at Cook Around the World in Orlando this past weekend. For the first time ever, we placed FIRST in dessert (aka cupcake). We were only 1 of 50 schools that competed and have never placed in any category before. Haley Callin was the designer behind the ramen cupcake creation but it was the team that supported her.

In other related news: we will be doing one last bistro with a Kentucky theme to help fundraise money for two culinary students who are competing at Nationals SkillsUSA (in Kentucky, hence the theme!) next month. Please save the date of May 21 (Tuesday) in your calendar! Ticket prices coming soon.
