CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

DAY	TIME	DESCRIPTION


THURSDAY October 22nd	1 PM to 4 PM	Conferences by Appointment: Parents, families and students need to contact their teachers and sign up for a conference time.
THURSDAY October 22nd	5 PM to 8 PM	Open Meeting Links: All teachers will have open meeting links for parents, families or students to join.
FRIDAY October 23rd	NO SCHOOL	No School day for all staff and students.

UPDATED – ACCESS TO EMAILS & MEETING LINKS:

Open Zoom Links: Teachers will have open zoom links from 5 pm to 8 pm each night of conferences. The teacher will have a virtual waiting room for parents, families and students to wait. Once the teacher is free they will have you join the meeting. Thank you for your patience.
Email Teachers: Parents, families and students may email teachers to gather information instead of attending a conference. Please utilize email, phone calls, Remind App and Google Classroom as an alternate way to communicate with teachers.
Taft Building OPEN: If you need anything during conferences such as book return, tech support or school supplies then please communicate with the front office (541-996-2115). Visitors are also welcome in the building, just remember to follow the safety protocols when you enter.
Grades: Student grades can be accessed using the Gradebook portal – CLICK HERE
Edmentum Students: All Online Edmentum students will receive a progress report in the mail this week. If you would like to know your students progress in Edmentum then please communicate with the school counselor.
Counseling Support: Our school Counselors will be available during conferences, please reach out to them to address any concerns.
