Lincoln County School Board Selects Dave Price for Zone 1
Dave Price will serve as a newly appointment member until June, 2019

NEWPORT, OR – October 10, 2018 – In open session last night the Lincoln County School District Board of Directors interviewed and selected Dave Price to complete the term in Zone 1. There were three exceptional candidates including Shawnee Bledsoe of Lincoln City and Megan Cawley of Otis. The board had some difficulty in making a decision due to the caliber of the candidates.
After June 2019 the position will be open for election. An oath of office was administered to the appointee. Appointment will be through June 30, 2019. This is a volunteer position and is unpaid.
